This is a unique, blended position at our Coffs Harbour office. Over time, it's grown from a basic reception role into a dynamic hybrid of customer service, sales support, and admin coordination. We're looking for someone to make it their own, with a strong emphasis on learning and implementing AI tools to help streamline our processes.

What You'll Be Doing
* Answering and Directing Calls: You'll be the first point of contact for new inquiries, directing calls and handling sales conversations with confidence and warmth.
* Sales Support and Follow-Up: You don't need to be a polished salesperson, just someone who can communicate clearly and guide customers through the initial quoting process.
* Staying Organised: You'll keep timelines, information, and schedules on track in a fast-moving environment, using our existing systems and software.
* Delivering Excellent Customer Service: You'll help customers feel supported and valued throughout their experience.
