About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our managed services team, delivering high-quality care to our residential Aged Care client in ACT. This role involves a variety of one-on-one and group physiotherapy services provided to residents in aged care facilities. Some regular duties include. Some regular duties include:
* Functional assessments on admission, quarterly/annually, and as required
* Post falls reviews, rehabilitation and short-term restorative care
* Small-group Exercise classes & Wellness programs
* Help residents and clients maintain and improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life
* Provide education to clients, families, and staff on manual handling, safe movement, and exercise strategies to minimize injury risk
* Opportunities for work and training in other streams, such as Community Home care, and Telehealth
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent,
* Current AHPRA registration (we accept limited registration level 3 / 4 - no direct supervision)
* Current Drivers’ license and reliable vehicle.
* Professional indemnity insurance (or willing to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
* Flu Vaccination Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* COVID-19 vaccination certificate (or willing to obtain)
