At the forefront of commercial property sales, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for leading our Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Geelong & the Surf coast region.
This role demands a natural hunter with a strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and B2B experience. You should possess excellent communication skills to converse with diverse stakeholders and a willingness to learn and grow.
A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate is required, or being willing to study to become a certified agent. Your ability to build strong relationships, source, list, sell and lease properties will drive your success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build Strong Relationships: Foster key client relationships and maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
2. Sales & Marketing: Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas.
3. Pipeline Management: Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
4. Negotiation: Negotiating property transactions from start to finish.
5. Cultivating Relationships: Cultivating & nurturing strong relationships with key account clients and maintaining high presence in the marketplace.
6. Market Knowledge: Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.
7. Marketing Coordination: Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
Requirements:

* B2B experience.
* Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate.
