Ward Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Ward Clerk.

\


Job Responsibilities:

\
* Manage the reception desk, answer calls, organize appointments and prepare admission paperwork, conduct follow-up requests, and make reminder calls.
* Maintain accurate record management systems, prepare medical records, perform health fund checks, and manage excesses/co-payments.
* Coordinate with staff from other departments, complete clerical tasks such as data entry.

Requirements:

\
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in MS Office
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Flexibility to work various shifts
* Web-based hospital system experience desirable
\
