Who's right for the job?
Someone with experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent position. A person with passion for making good food. You will need to be a helpful member of the team with a strong work ethic. You will be a true professional, who understands the importance of cooking steak to the customers desired level and you will take pride in delivering a consistently high level.
Someone who doesn't mind working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays is a must.
What do you need to be considered?
* Experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent
* Extensive experience in the Grill Section
* Be able to work under pressure, in a heated environment
* Ability to lead the team to ensure quality, standards and cleanliness are met and exceeded
* Excellent attitude
* Ability to cope well under pressure to ensure guests food expectations are exceeded
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
* Willing to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as required
* Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays
