Key Responsibilities:

4. Drive improvements in maintenance practices and promote a strong safety culture

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals

6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

7. Continuously monitor and improve processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
\
8. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to achieve them

9. Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and performance metrics

10. Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance and progress towards goals
\
11. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge

12. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal use of available funds
\

14. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical maintenance

15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

17. Electrical Trade Qualifications (required); Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (desirable)

18. 7-10 years of leadership experience in heavy industry, mining, or smelting
\
19. Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business results
\
20. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
