The Role
Reporting to the ICT Support Services Manager, you’ll be a trusted tech responsible for delivering hands-on support and projects across diverse customer environments. You’ll be the “face of Spacetel” on client sites—calm under pressure, proactive, and focused on outcomes.
You will:
- Provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 support across Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, endpoint and network environments
- Implement, maintain and document server, storage, network, and cloud solutions (Microsoft 365/Azure)
- Own incident response and problem resolution within SLAs, including escalations where required
- Assist with project delivery (migrations, rollouts, network/firewall implementations)
- Contribute to pre-sales scoping/quoting and continuous service improvements
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3+ years’ ICT support experience (MSP background highly regarded)
- Strong Microsoft 365 tenancy admin (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Entra/Intune, AD, DNS, DHCP
- Windows 10/11 support; general line-of-business app troubleshooting
- Networking fundamentals: switches, wireless, firewalls, VLANs, uplinks; backup monitoring/maintenance
- Experience with RMM and ticketing tools (ConnectWise or similar)
- Clear written and verbal communication, excellent customer service, and solid time/prioritisation skills
- A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused mindset

- Virtualisation (Hyper-V or VMware)
- Modern UTM/NGFW experience (e.g., WatchGuard/Fortinet/Sophos)
- Unified Communications / VOIP (Teams Phone, 3CX)
- Backup & DR (e.g., Veeam/Acronis)
- Apple/macOS and Android support
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Services

- Some regional travel may be required from time to time
