The Role
Due to business growth and change, there is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Workplace Health and Safety professional to join the team.
With a focus on leading the implementation of the WHS strategy, this role will collaborate and work closely with business leaders nationally whilst overseeing the day to day operations including audits and risk assessments, providing training and looking for continuous improvement through data and trends.
This role will champion well-being, lead psychosocial and mental health initiatives and be the go-to for business leaders to ensure a safety first approach. Salary commensurate with experience and includes salary packaging, leave loading and work flexibility.
About You
Credentialed in all facets of workplace health and safety, you will bring experience that instils confidence and ensures key business outcomes are met.
Experienced working as part of the leadership team and with a national remit, you bring contemporary thinking and a strategic mindset with the ability to pivot to operational duties as required. Able to analyse data and trends and report your findings to leadership, you are commercial, technically competent and have the ability to influence and negotiate change.
