Reporting to the Senior Engineer: Production, you will deliver short-term planning and scheduling (week level) for underground operations to meet safety, production and cost targets aligned with St Ives' strategic objectives.
Up to six months' free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.
Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

What You'll Do
* Develop the 2-week rolling schedule.
* Translate the monthly plan into daily requirements with the production team and management.
* Act as the schedule nexus point, advising on the effect of information from the operations team, production engineers, longer term planning and mine management.
* Ensure schedules and plans consider ventilation, infrastructure and paste fill.
* Collaborate across departments to support key projects.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline
* Strong underground production experience, ideally in gold.
* Proficiency in MS Office and mining software (Deswik CAD, Deswik Scheduler)
* Australian Manual Driver's license
