Keppel Coast Law seeks a highly skilled conveyancing professional to manage conveyancing files from start to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contract analysis and review for seamless service delivery
* Direct communication with clients to ensure timely resolutions
* Preparation and dispatch of initial and final client correspondence
* Conducting online property searches and diligent follow-up on outstanding conditions
* Generating settlement statements and managing PEXA settlements
Candidate Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer within Queensland, demonstrating thorough understanding of local property law preferred
* Proven ability to manage multiple files efficiently under tight deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues
* High proficiency in digital conveyancing platforms and general IT systems
