Strategic Financial Director
The role of Strategic Financial Director involves leading the financial stewardship of a high-growth business, overseeing capital raising, investment strategy, M&A execution, and building a high-performance finance function. As a key strategic partner to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving major business initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive capital raising strategy to secure funding for a capital-intensive project pipeline and high-growth technology/product business.
* Lead project financing activities for a 3GW+ development pipeline, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Oversee corporate financing activities for a BESS & Inverter product division, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
* Collaborate with the CEO to drive strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
* Provide financial evaluation and analysis for all investment decisions, ensuring robust risk assessment and return on investment.
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing group finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* At least 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in finance, with a proven track record in capital raising and M&A transactions.
* Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to develop and manage complex financial models.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
