Strategic Communications Coordinator Role
This is a highly organised and proactive role responsible for coordinating and delivering strategic communications as part of a wider project plan.
About the Role
This is a 6-month contract role, with a minimum requirement of three days per week in the office, and may involve working more during peak periods.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, corporate partners, and community organisations.
* Implement targeted engagement strategies across multiple regions and mediums.
* Manage project logistics, communications, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
* Analyse data and prepare reports to measure and improve stakeholder engagement.
* Continuously review and enhance processes to improve event and program effectiveness.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, marketing, or project coordination.
* Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering events or initiatives.
We are seeking someone with excellent project management skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and experience working with CRM systems and project management software.
