Your key responsibilities will include
* Complete all general administration duties including but not limited to;
o Invoicing, warranty claims and reconciliations
o All on-site administrative duties for the business
o Management of our customer and contractor management systems
o Assist in the preparation of a variety of reports for management
o Provide assistance with the completion and distribution of rosters and timesheets
o Onsite Health and Safety administration
Do you possess the following qualities?
* Retail industry experience in automotive or related industry and or a high level of business administration experience
* Team orientated approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, organised with strong interpersonal skills
* Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
* Attention to detail with a professional presentation
