We are seeking an Account Executive responsible for onboarding new restaurants through a consultative sales approach. This role reports to the District Manager.

Our Account Executive team aims to enhance restaurants' revenue by applying best-in-brand front-of-house management and online reservation technology. We seek sales professionals passionate about the restaurant industry and industry-leading technology.

In This Role, You Will:

1. Identify and approach prospective restaurant clients for customized product demos to sell OpenTable products.
2. Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
3. Build and maintain high-level relationships as a trusted adviser to our clients.
4. Use Salesforce to develop strategic plans, forecasts, and process contracts.
5. Adapt to ongoing product and technology developments, sharing insights with Product and Marketing teams.
6. Engage with the hospitality industry through networking, events, and consistent outreach.

1. You are motivated by controlling your earning potential through a commission-based structure.
2. You have a passion for hospitality and technology; restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
3. You understand economic and industry drivers affecting restaurants and can identify new business opportunities.
4. You possess strong discovery skills, asking impactful questions and relating concepts effectively.
5. You have excellent negotiation skills to drive business value.
6. You are analytical, capable of assessing business opportunities and reading prospective buyers.
7. You can use data to develop strategies and persuade others.
8. You communicate new perspectives clearly, challenging clients' views.
9. You are proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
10. You are empathetic, team-oriented, and eager to collaborate and learn.
11. You are ambitious, persistent, and self-motivated, with a focus on outbound activities and professionalism.
