Business Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Support professional to provide high-quality administrative assistance across various HR areas.
The role will involve supporting internal communications, coordinating company events, and representing the social committee.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal communications initiatives to keep employees informed.
* Write and edit content for internal employee communications.
* Arrange events to mark national and international celebration days.
* Representative of the social committee, arranging events.
* Keep employees updated on important news, events, and deadlines.
* Respond to employee enquiries and address any issues they may be experiencing.
* Assist the HR team with administrative duties and HR audits.
* Carry out Induction and onboarding of New Starters.
* Provide reporting and data-entry in HR systems.
* Maintain accurate employee records.
* Support Learning & Development activities.
* Administer Employee Engagement Surveys.

* A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
