The Role
* Manageable portfolio, all local properties
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Completing entries and exits
* Managing arrears
* Repairs & maintenance
* Leasing & application processing
* Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
* PropertyME software
* QCAT and insurance claims when required
The Successful Candidate
* 12+ months of previous Real Estate/Property Management experience
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* Outstanding telephone manner & time management
* Valid driver's license
