We are searching for confident and driven sales professionals to join Central Coast Motor Group. Mazda, Subaru, Volkswagen, Chery, Mercedes Benz, Isuzu Ute, Nissan and Used Cars.
To succeed in this position, you will be a hard-working and driven sales person capable of providing an exceptional level of service to all guests visiting our dealership. You will need to be customer centric with a passion for success and the ability to connect with customers on their level.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career orientated individual looking to take their sales skills and customer service to the next level, join or grow in an industry where your efforts are rewarded with uncapped commissions.
Experience is preferred but not essential as our managers are willing to train the right individuals with transferable experience but the applicants must have a passion for customer service excellence and 2 years minimum retail sales experience.
Day-to-day you can expect to;
* Ensure all our guests receive market leading pre and post sale customer service.
* Demonstrate class leading vehicle features and benefits whilst ensuring they meet your customer's needs.
* Learn and master the true art of negotiation and selling.
* Follow up sales leads and identify opportunities for new and repeat business.
* Maintain pristine dealership presentation.
* Farm and cultivate our current customer database.
* Every day and customer is different.

* Vehicle sales experience is a bonus, a previous KPI-driven sales role is essential.
* A flair for the sales environment, with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience, every time is a must.
* Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiating skills.
* Sound computer skills, with the flexibility to learn new systems.
* The energy to work in a fast-paced dynamic and friendly environment.
* A valid driver's license
* Prepared to work an 11-day fortnight.
