The Opportunity
As an Accounts Payable officer, you will efficiently process payments for goods and services, reconcile exceptions, and process invoices in SAP and Ariba. This is a permanent full‐time role based in Pyrmont with the option to work from home.

What you'll be responsible for
* Consistently process invoices accurately and on time
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Perform monthly reconciliations, invoicing, and other related duties
* Ensure compliance with systems, procedures and policies
* Maintain accounting records by filing source documents and system‐generated documents
What you'll need to be successful
* Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of SAP and Ariba preferred
