We're on the lookout for a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Aviation) to join a high-performing, forward-thinking team supporting cutting-edge aviation programs. at You'll Be Doing
* Perform and manage scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
* Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations and documentation standards.
* Support logistics and maintenance operations both at base and in deployed environments.
* Collaborate across engineering, quality, and program teams to deliver serviceable aircraft on time.
* Participate in audits, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
* Travel domestically and internationally to support operational needs.
What You Bring
* CASA or DASA Part 66 Licence (or Certificate IV Aeroskills for DASA programs).
* Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in aircraft maintenance.
* Advanced knowledge of CASR/DASR regulations and maintenance systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and time management abilities.
* A passion for aviation safety, innovation, and customer service.
Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential)
* Experience in flightline or base maintenance, fleet planning, or Defence environments.
* Training in Human Factors, Aviation Safety Management, or Aircraft Component Systems.
* Project management experience.
Security Clearance
