Make your mark
We're looking for a Credit Analyst to join our NSW Northern Rivers team. You will work alongside experienced Commercial Bankers to support clients and help them achieve their goals.
What you will do:
* Team up with commercial bankers to understand client needs and deliver smart, tailored solutions.
* Dive into financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment to support decision-making.
* Prepare clear, concise loan applications that help bring big ideas to life.
* Use data and insights to spot opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
We are open to candidates from across the Northern Rivers region, Byron Bay to Woodburn, from Ballina to Kyogle. And of course, Lismore, where our main office is. Most importantly, we're seeking someone with strong local ties and a genuine connection to the community.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine interest in regional business.
* Confidence working with numbers and asking the right questions.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn.
* Strong communication and research skills.
* A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
