The Opportunity
We're seeking motivated and qualified Scheduler and Estimators to join our growing team. These roles offer exposure to diverse and rewarding projects under the guidance of an experienced management team. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain construction schedules from pre-construction through to completion
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
* Monitor project progress and update programs accordingly
* Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies
* Liaise with site supervisors and project managers to ensure workflow efficiency
* Manage procurement timelines and material delivery schedules
* Demonstrate proficiency in multiple construction management software systems
* Support project handovers and documentation processes
* Track budgets during pre-construction and support project handovers
* Review architectural/engineering plans to identify scope, risks, and cost factors
* Prepare and review budgets, pricing submissions, and scopes of work
* Source, analyse, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
* Use construction software systems for documentation and reporting
* Liaise with internal teams, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3+ years of construction scheduling experience
* Minimum of 3+ years of construction estimating experience
* Proficiency in construction management software systems
* Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
* Ability to identify risks, costs factors, and mitigation strategies
