Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to provide dedicated support to one of our Commissioners. As Executive Assistant, you will be accountable for providing front-line representation and efficient support services in a fast-paced environment.
* Ensure proactive and forward-looking management of the Commissioner's daily schedule, calendar, meeting commitments, and briefing documentation.
* Provide advanced administrative support, including prioritizing information, drafting correspondence, compiling briefings, and managing documentation and records across digital platforms.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including coordinating diaries, room and equipment booking, and collating and distributing meeting material.
* Coordinate travel and accommodation, and expenditure administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting senior executives in complex environments. You'll bring high-level administrative expertise, advanced technological proficiency, and professionalism needed to work confidently across government, industry, and regulatory agencies.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with SharePoint or similar systems.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
