Pay Rates & Compensation
* Mon‐Fri: $32.46 per hour
* Saturday: $48.70 per hour
* Sunday: $64.93 per hour
* Public Holidays: $81.17 per hour
* Immediate start with permanent full‐time positions available
* Casual employment Monday to Friday by negotiation (must have HR)
* Uniform and paid training provided (including car‐to‐HR licence upgrade)
* Earning potential up to $85,000 AUD
* Additional roster options available to earn more

About the Role
You will be responsible for providing our passengers a safe, efficient, and smooth bus experience and excellent customer service. We operate 7 days a week and our shifts have various start and finish times in addition to broken shifts (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide safe, efficient, smooth bus rides for passengers
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Interpret and follow navigational routes
* Adhere to all Road Safety Regulations and Torrens Transit's HSEQ policies and procedures
Qualities and Skills
* High standard of presentation with a passion for customer service
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Positive driving history
* Flexibility to work all required shifts
What You Will Need
* Willingness to undergo a medical examination and meet the required medical standards for the position
* Preparedness to participate in a comprehensive training program
Required Accreditations & Clearances
* Large Passenger (LP) or Small Passenger (SP) accreditation
* Valid Working with Children Check clearance (essential)
* Recent National Police Clearance for the purpose of Driver Accreditation and Licensing (essential)
