We are recruiting for a Travel Booker with a role with a leading mining company specialising in drilling fluids and drilling technology distributing globally. This is an important position that is vital in coordinating aspects of travel for the company in all areas. Working in their offices in Balcatta, this is a Full
- Time Temporary position for 12 months with 3 days on - site and 2 working from home.

What you will be doing:_**
- Co-ordination of all travel with organisational travel requirements including air travel, accommodation, car hire and other for all domestic and international requests
- Manage Balcatta facilities daily operational and maintenance requirements, the preventative maintenance schedule and contractor management register
- Ensure preventative maintenance programme is documented, updated and maintained and reported to the Facilities Manger on a monthly basis
- Support the Facilities Manager and others by performing a range of facilities management activities including various projects
**_ What you'll need:_**
- Extensive demonstrated experience in both domestic and complex international travel planning
- Demonstrated advanced administration stills with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar environment
- High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to think quick and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficient in use of MS Office suit
- Previous experience with contractors and trades, scheduling of repairs and maintenance and safety requirements is desired but not essential
- C Class drivers' license
