Remuneration Expert Wanted
We are seeking an experienced Labour Hire Contractor to join our global remuneration teams. This critical role involves delivering annual reviews for locally engaged staff across 100+ international locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough analyses of salary scales and benefits across international offices.
* Apply actuarial and market intelligence to determine strategic salary adjustments.
* E nsure consistency, defensibility, and alignment of remuneration decisions.
* Address complex location-specific challenges (e.g. hyperinflation, political instability).
Maintain and enhance a sophisticated Excel-based remuneration analysis model.
About You:
You are a detail-oriented professional with:
* Expertise in HR, accounting, or economic data analysis
* Advanced Excel skills (including PowerQuery)
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Experience in government or international remuneration frameworks (preferred)
