About The Role
Casual Maintenance & Repairs Assistant to join the team at Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.
Responsibilities
* Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
* Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
* Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
* Maintain daily work records and service schedules
Hourly Rates
* Monday - Friday: $33.38 per hour
* Saturday: $40.05 per hour
* Sunday: $46.73 per hour
Qualifications
* Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
* A passion for delivering exceptional service;
* Strong time management skills;
* An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
* Excellent interpersonal and communications;
* Availability to work a variety of shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays
