THE ROLE
E:At Nova Entertainment, we connect brands with audiences through powerful audio, entertainment and creative storytelling. Our CREATE Campaign Strategy team is a national function that sits at the centre of this. We take client briefs and turn them into creative, insight‐led campaigns across our platforms, from broadcast radio and podcasts to digital audio, events and social.
As a Campaign Specialist, you will help transform client briefs into compelling campaign ideas. Working closely with sales teams and product specialists, you will contribute to developing campaigns that solve real business problems for brands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and structured problem solving.

* mary:Turning briefs into campaignable ideas. You'll help analyse client briefs and identify the key challenge the campaign needs to solve. From there, you'll contribute to developing ideas that connect brands with Nova Entertainment's audience in creative ways.
* Collaborating across the business. Bringing a campaign to life involves many teams. You'll work with different specialists across the company to shape campaign ideas and bring them to life.
* Supporting campaign development. You'll build campaign responses, ensuring ideas are practical, deliverable and aligned with client goals. This includes thinking about timelines, budgets, platforms and audience fit.
* Contributing to brainstorming and ideation. You'll participate in team brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to campaign thinking.
* Building client presentations. You'll help create clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate campaign ideas to clients and sales teams.
* Presenting to agencies and clients in collaboration with sales colleagues.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Be recently graduated or have 1–2 years of experience in media, marketing, communications or advertising.
* Enjoy solving problems and thinking creatively.
* Be naturally curious about brands, media and culture.
* Have strong PowerPoint or presentation‐building skills.
* Communicate clearly in both writing and conversation.
* Feel comfortable collaborating with different teams.
* Be organized and able to manage multiple projects.
* Be adaptable and positive when priorities shift.
