* Schedule conference rooms, coordinate events, and manage room setups with F&B services
* Oversee common areas, conduct floor walks, and manage desk / meeting room allocation
* Report maintenance issues, manage contractors, handle deliveries, and maintain supplies
* Operate switchboard and serve as central information point for building services
* Manage visitor registration, access cards, and building security compliance
* Process service requests, handle invoices, and maintain compliance documentation
* Function as emergency warden and support crisis procedures
* Work with facility management and service partners for daily operations
* Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest operational improvements
