Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an administrative support professional to join our team in Albany. This casual role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact while providing essential services to the community.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about administration and dedicated to delivering excellent client service. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing administrative support, accurately entering data, and maintaining electronic client files.

* Relevant experience in a similar role or qualification in community services
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relate to clients from diverse backgrounds
* Ability to respond to clients in distress and de-escalate conflicts
* Well-developed computer skills, including MS Word, MS Outlook, and client management systems
* Financial management skills, including issuing invoices and receiving payments

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year.
