Coordinate a Multi‐Agency Healthcare Program | DFV Focus | 12 month fixed term contract ending June 2027 | 9‐day fortnight + vehicle

Key Highlights

* Drive a new, integrated healthcare response within a pilot program
* Bring services together to support women and children experiencing domestic and family violence
* Salary packaging, additional leave and a fully maintained vehicle

About the opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to step into a coordination role within a newly established, multi‐agency healthcare initiative supporting women and children impacted by domestic and family violence. Working at the centre of a collaborative service model, you will bring together clinicians, outreach teams and partner organisations to ensure people in crisis accommodation can access timely, connected and trauma‐informed care. While the role is not heavily client‐facing, the impact is significant. You will shape how services connect, how care is delivered, and ultimately contribute to safer, more stable outcomes for families navigating complex circumstances.

What you'll be doing

You will take ownership of the day‐to‐day coordination of the program, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and operating effectively. This includes:

* Coordinating healthcare delivery across multiple sites and partner services
* Bringing together stakeholders through regular collaboration and case coordination forums
* Managing referrals, clinic schedules and systems to support seamless access to care
* Supporting frontline teams with guidance, debriefing and response during critical incidents
* Ensuring services are delivered in line with best practice, compliance and funding requirements
* Contributing to reporting, evaluation and continuous improvement of the program
* Playing an active role in strengthening a trauma‐informed, integrated service model

What's on offer

* The chance to contribute to a progressive, system‐focused program
* A supportive, values‐driven team environment
* Salary packaging and additional annual leave
* Fully maintained vehicle
* 9‐day fortnight (70 hours)
* Access to ongoing training and professional development

About you

You're someone who thrives in environments where collaboration is key and no two days look the same. You bring a balance of coordination, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable communities.

You will bring:

* Experience coordinating services across multiple organisations or disciplines
* Confidence leading meetings and bringing stakeholders together
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence and advocate
* A practical, organised approach to managing competing priorities and systems
* An understanding of trauma‐informed practice and the impacts of domestic and family violence (highly regarded)

A current driver's licence, National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) are required.
