Update data day-to-day into SAP system and planner
Closely monitor day-to-day PDO output
2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Update data in day-to-day production activity into SAP system.
Coordinate with production planner on day-to-day production activity
Closing aging production order
Ensure BOM and Routing in the SAP system are accurate and updated
Ensure all reports are documented for future reference use
Update production weekly report
3.PERFORMANCE METRICS / MEASURABLES
Inventory Control
Coordinate with warehouse to meet on-time delivery
Ensure all data in SAP system are updated correctly
Close Production Order timely
Make sure BOM and Routing are accurate
Ensure cost control is met
4.MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
Secondary Education / Form 5 and above
