As a seasoned Mechanical Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of mechanical projects across diverse scopes. Key responsibilities include leading and managing a multifaceted team comprising boilermakers, fitters, scaffolders, crane operators, and riggers.
A strong focus on fostering client relationships, providing expert technical guidance, and championing industry best practices is essential in this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for strategically planning and prioritizing complex work fronts across multiple projects.
To excel in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of mechanical works, a commitment to safety, and adherence to site policies and procedures. You will also be required to report incidents, non-conformances, and near-misses, and participate in investigations where necessary.
