Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia’s most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife.

We are seeking a Social Worker to join our team. The successful applicant/s will be responsible for providing a high quality, social work service to all inpatient and outpatients of the hospital as required including assessment, treatment, evaluation and planning and manages a designated case load.
As part of a multidisciplinary team provides Social Work services to patients. Facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. Practices as a Social Worker as per the Australian Association of Social Workers Practice Standards 2013 and Code of Ethics 2010 and/or the Society of Professional Social Workers Code of Ethics and SMHS Policies and Guidelines.
