Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
* Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered pharmacist working in hospital pharmacy and either: A minimum of 12 months experience working as a clinical pharmacist in in the nominated specialty area (or a similar specialty area) or relevant postgraduate qualifications and a minimum of 6 months experience in the nominated specialty area (or a similar specialty area).
* Demonstrated ability to display judgement and independence in problem solving.
* Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and experience in applying that knowledge.
* Demonstrated contribution to quality assurance activities.
* Demonstrated record of participation in teaching other pharmacists, nursing staff or other health care providers.
