Strategic Financial Leader
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to spearhead our financial strategy and lead our finance function. As a commercially astute professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial models to drive business growth and improvement.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the organization. You will be responsible for owning the budgeting models, driving menu engineering, and policing transfer pricing between our manufacturing and retail arms.
You will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in multi-site retail or hospitality businesses. You will be an expert in Xero and advanced budgeting tools, with a proven track record of implementing operational software. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

* Drive Menu Engineering: You will drive menu engineering initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
