About the role: As an HR Advisor, you will provide crucial support to both managers and employees across a range of employee and industrial relations matters, including: Offering expert advice on daily employee relations and performance management issues to management Investigating and resolving employee performance concerns and related matters Ensuring compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and legal requirements Performing general HR duties as needed to support the team and the organization About You Recent experience in handling employee relations and managing performance issues within a large, complex organisation. In addition, you will bring: Qualifications in Human Resources along with a minimum of 2 years experience working within an industrial/blue collar environment. Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, industrial relations and experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements. Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills ensuring discretion as required. Strong organisational and administrative skills including proficiency in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite with accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and apply sound judgement operating in a fast-paced environment. Full Australian working rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
