Overview
The Team: Oral Health Services Tasmania (OHST) is a multidisciplinary team of dental professionals delivering dental services to eligible clients.
This position provides operational and business support for the Area Manager and the broader OHST Southern team to ensure smooth and ongoing processes.
Role
Provide high level support and advice associated with the business and administrative functions of OHST Southern Region, covering planning, finance, human resources, purchasing, asset management, statistical analysis and project management to contribute to the effective and efficient provision of services.
Responsibilities
Provide support and advice to the Area Manager OHST on establishment management, including recruitment, orientation, contract management, and leave analysis; provide information, support, and advice to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate asset and facilities management including related purchasing functions within OHST, ensuring appropriate legislation and guidelines are followed.
Undertake project work, high-level analysis and quality assurance checks on a range of business processes and service activities including service performance and improvement.
Details of appointment
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.
Salary
$98,255 to $103,069 per annum.
Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary Packaging
