About Our Role
Kinrise Baking is an Australian owned, fast-growing FMCG business with leading brands such as Green's and Lowan's alongside a large Private Label business.
Reporting to the National Business Manager - Woolworths, this role will work across a large market leading branded & private label portfolio within the Bakery, Baking (Pantry) and Breakfast categories based primarily from our South Yarra Head Office.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Forecasting & Demand Management: Review and amend baseline forecasts in collaboration with the Demand Planner and provide active input into weekly/monthly internal and Woolworths supply meetings.
* Promotional & System Management: Manage the Woolworths promotional calendar and \"clash grid\" to avoid overlaps, ensuring all activity and funding are accurately updated in Blueshift.
* Stakeholder Ownership: Own the day-to-day relationship with the Woolworths Assistant Category Manager (ACM) and the Woolworths forecasting team to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Financial Accountability: Manage the trade spend and claims process, ensuring claims are allocated to relevant accruals and processed within business timelines.
* Data Analysis & Insights: Use tools like IRI and Nielsen to identify ranging, sales, and profit improvement possibilities while maintaining records of competitor pricing and distribution.
* Activation Coordination: Liaise between Woolworths, Cartology, and internal Marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of agreed COOP-based activations.
* NPD & Administration: Manage pricing and promotional submissions, range review documentation, and perform ad hoc administration to bridge total business risks.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and maintain key internal relationships across Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve account team effectiveness.
About You:
As our preferred candidate, you have 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales role, specifically within the Grocery channel or major corporate accounts. You hold a degree in Commerce, Business Development, or an equivalent field.
