About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and forecasting stock requirements across all channels, ensuring our stores are stocked with the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
">
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and in-season planning to drive sales and profitability.
* Build and maintain merchandise and assortment plans across all categories.
* Partner with the Head of Planning to align sales forecasts with inventory strategy.
* Develop category and price architecture plans that reflect our customers' needs and product performance.
* Manage stock orders, allocations and replenishment to maximise availability and minimise risk.
* Provide clear, actionable insights and direction to support daily execution.
* Monitor weekly, monthly and seasonal sales, inventory and financial performance.
* Identify trading opportunities and implement effective markdowns and promotions to optimise sell-through and margin.
* Work with Marketing and VM teams to align promotions and markdowns with the Trade Calendar.
* Present merchandise strategies and results to senior leaders.
* Develop allocation and replenishment strategies that support consistent store performance.
* Liaise with the supply chain team to manage lead times and ensure timely stock availability.
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to align delivery and inventory management processes.

Requirements
">
* 3+ years' experience as a Planner in a fashion apparel environment.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data quickly and clearly.
* Confidence in summarising insights to drive business decisions.
* A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
* Advanced Excel skills (a must), and ideally AP21 knowledge.
* Strong commercial acumen and a sound understanding of fashion retail operations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and sound judgement in decision-making.
