We are seeking a polished, warm and highly organised Front of House professional to be the first point of contact for Klinika. You will own the patient journey from initial enquiry, through consultation and treatment bookings, to post-care follow up across our full offering – skin, laser, injectables, hair transplant and cosmetic surgery.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a premium clinical environment, and can balance empathy with efficiency.
Key responsibilities
• Welcome all clients on arrival, setting a calm, reassuring and professional tone that reflects the Klinika brand
• Manage high-quality phone, email and online enquiries, including web bookings and social/website leads
• Coordinate appointments, treatment plans and waitlists across cosmetic injectables, advanced skin and laser, hair restoration and plastic surgery
• Prepare and manage pre‑appointment paperwork, medical questionnaires and consent forms
• Support the doctors, nurses and dermal therapists with smooth patient flow and room/diary coordination
• Handle payments, invoicing and package management accurately and discreetly
• Assist with surgical and hair transplant scheduling, including pre‑op requirements and post‑op reviews
• Maintain reception, waiting areas and “self-care corners” to an impeccable standard of cleanliness and presentation, in line with our aesthetic
• Manage recall and follow‑up communications (SMS, email, phone) including skin reviews, surgery reviews and treatment plans
• Protect patient privacy and adhere to all medical confidentiality and clinic policies at all times
