**About Our Client**:
A multinational award winning business is looking for their next Admin professional.
- Support Sales Managers to ensuring that all Sales Contracts are reviewed for feasibility, prices, timelines, liabilities, risks, compliance, etc.
- Prepares invoices and PO's as per company procedures
- Keeps the ERP sales database up-to-date
- Prepares prequalification questionnaires
- Keeps sales manuals, template documents, presentations and sales documentation up-to-date
- Supports the Key Account Managers to ensure that the quotes/orders, including all necessary information, are transferred to the Depots Manager in a timely manner for further action
- Provides accurate and timely processing of general administrative support to the Sales Department
- Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organisation.
- Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with company standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Construction / Transport / Logistics / Shipping
They must be a proactive, experienced administrator, who enjoys a varied workload.
Ideally have a understanding of Projects, Proposals, Tenders etc
Proficient on MS Office Suite
A positive, friendly, individual with a good sense of humour!
**What's on Offer**:
This is a full time, permanent role, working Mon - Fri (38 hour week)
Salary is dependant upon experience approx. $75K - $90K plus super.
