We work with clients across the entire project life cycle — from initial planning studies through final construction and operations and maintenance services — on both traditional and alternative project-delivery options (design‐build, public‐private partnerships and financing).
With a robust design and construction division, AECOM offers a unique perspective on designing projects that are fully constructible.
Due to significant contract awards within our Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in Melbourne. You'll be immersed in a strong, long‐term pipeline of work, handling complex, large‐scale and iconic projects across ANZ.
How you'll make a difference
* You will be involved in electrical engineering works associated with pumping stations and equipment, water and wastewater treatment plants, ventilation, fire protection and HVAC systems
* Contribute to the delivery of electrical design packages
* From a technical perspective, you will be responsible for:
o Electrical systems design including instrumentation, power distribution, control and communications
o Technical studies including modelling and computational analysis
o Electrical project cost estimating
o Computer aided drafting
* Contribute to and lead the preparation of proposals, design schedules, budgets and technical and commercial submissions for bid proposals associated with electrical work for external clients

* Demonstrated experience on municipal water and/or wastewater projects
* Experience working within a dynamic consulting and design environment & in industrial electrical, instrument and control systems engineering
* Bachelor of Electrical Engineering & CPEng/RPEV
* Experience in Project Management & Quality Management procedures
