This opportunity
As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing the digital experience across TPG Telecom’s websites. Working closely with product owners, developers, copywriters, and visual designers, you will collaborate to deliver on digital strategies and features that further promote online experiences to meet customer needs and drive results.
You will also work with the team to plan, create, manage, and execute projects with an understanding of sales strategies and technological initiatives impacting the online space. Keeping the customer at the heart of what we do, you will use your technical competencies to champion a high level of quality control in all projects and deployments to ensure a fantastic customer experience.
Responsibilities

1. You will work in a dynamic environment, being responsible for both day to day maintenance of TPG Telecom’s websites and supporting enablement of new features to drive growth and improvements on our websites.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives impacting the digital space are delivered in line with business requirements and customer experience expectations.
3. Setup, manage and monitor project, campaign, and product lifecycle activities across our platforms.
4. Take ownership of delivering projects and initiatives on time and to that of an exceptionally high standard.
5. Manage the publishing QA process to ensure that all digital assets are functional and meet the required quality standards.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to content and configuration within the CMS.
7. Feed into iterative improvements and optimisation by working with your team in reviewing and analysing campaigns and projects.
8. Work closely with your squad to provide production requirements for new features.
9. Implementing industry best practice in content production that is SEO & accessibility friendly.
10. Rolling out CMS governance for new features, ensuring operating continuity for end users.
11. Support the continuous improvement of the teams operating procedures, production efficiencies, processes, and documentation.
12. Complete user acceptance testing for new features and work with engineers on raising and resolving defects.
13. Support our Quality Engineers with configuration of test data and provide subject matter expertise on operational requirements.
14. Ability to translate technical information to the team and other stakeholders and offer guidance for best practice digital solutions.
15. Setup, manage and monitor optimisation and personalisation activities across our MarTech platforms, aligning closely on testing schedules and launch activities.
16. Participate in agile rituals, such as daily stand ups, planning meetings, retrospectives and showcases.
Knowledge and experience
17. 2+ years of experience working with CMS platforms, maintaining corporate websites utilising digital best practices.
18. Strong communication, planning and negotiation skills to drive projects to completion.
19. Strong knowledge of end-to-end CMS production and delivery, including working in test and production environments.
20. Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organisation with the ability to be flexible with your area of focus for projects and initiatives on a day-to-day basis to meet business needs.
21. Experience in Quality Assurance and working with testers on end-to-end testing execution.
22. Ability to identify issues and implement relevant solutions.
23. Experience in working with developers and testers on large feature initiatives.
24. Experience in implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
25. Experience in documenting processes and updating Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
26. Ability to identify opportunities to optimise the website to increase conversion and improve customer experience.
27. Experience in setting up optimisation or experience tests using platforms such as Optimizely.
28. Experience in using an analytics platform such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
29. HTML and CSS knowledge - basic to intermediate.
