This is a Tech Field Eng (U00948) role with Unisys based in Rhodes, NSW, AU Unisys Role Seniority - junior, mid level More about the Tech Field Eng (U00948) role at Unisys What success looks like in this role: • Serves as Field Engineer for specific clients and/or for specific products and applications, including tech kiosks / desks. • Provides software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms and other networked devices. • Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers, peripherals and other networked devices. • Supports network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance activities. • Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required. • Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications. • Provides follow-up on problems or escalations. • Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress. • Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions.
