They need a Change Manager who has experience across Payroll Transformation who has a strong experience in communication and who is comfortable in getting down in the detail. This will be a long term engagement. To be successful you MUST HAVE:

* Hands-on Approach
* Communications
* Strong stakeholder management
* Successfactors/ SAP/ ADP globalview experience
