* Work collaboratively with the team to provide additional support and care to residents who require it.
* Help residents engage in meaningful activities and maintain their independence.
Key Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift, bend, and move residents as needed.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
