English Teacher Position
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Teacher to join our middle/senior campus team. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach and develop engaging curriculum units in English and Humanities
* Develop and implement assessment strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences
* Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
* Current registration with the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL)
* Proven experience teaching English and Humanities at the secondary level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
