Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Officer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing client documentation, specifically ROA (Record of Advice) and SOA (Statement of Advice) documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive ROA and SOA documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to gather necessary client information and ensure all details are correctly documented.
- Conduct thorough reviews of client files, verifying accuracy and completeness of information.
- Maintain a deep understanding of retail superannuation funds, including industry regulations, products, and compliance standards.
- Utilize Xplan software efficiently and effectively to streamline document preparation and data management processes.
- Support financial advisors in client meetings, assisting with document retrieval and providing additional information as required.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in legislation related to financial advice and superannuation funds.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a client Services Officer or similar role in the financial industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Xplan software and its functionalities.
- Familiarity with retail superannuation funds and understanding of associated products and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
