**About the role**

Nexar Group is looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator to support our management team, growth, operations, clients and security officers in South Australia and Nationally.
- **Ability for Immediate Start!**:

- Oversee recruitment, management and development of new Security Officers for clients.
- Ensure staff meet the compliance standards for service delivery.
- Collaborate with State Operations Centre (SOC) and National Operations Centre (NOC) to enhance delivery, productivity and compliance.
- Growing the performance of current client sites with regard to KPI's, service delivery and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct site audits and compliance reviews.
- Resolve rostering and staff concerns.
- Setting appropriate staff objectives through clear and concise communication
- Assist in growth of the region.
- Ensure contractual requirements are met and that every customer experience is of the highest possible standard.
- Coordinate the provision of training and inductions for new staff.
- Manage client concerns and failures.
- Manage the office and working practice for Guarding Services in SA.
- Providing advice and recommendation on OH&S;, Audits and other required reporting analysis.
- A background in security/guarding is essential.

- Current Drivers Licence
- Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed understanding of security guarding
- Superior customer and client service skills
- Professional conduct, presentation and attitude
- Good administration skills
- The ability and confidence to work on your own and as part of a team
- Conflict resolution
