A seasoned construction leader is required to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of a large-scale commercial project.
* You bring experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects.
* You're confident managing teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
* You have strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and compliance.
* You solve problems quickly and keep projects on track.
* You communicate clearly and work well with all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the build progresses safely, efficiently, and in alignment with our company's standards. Your duties will include overseeing all day-to-day site activity; monitoring construction progress; upholding HSEQ requirements; managing risks on-site; leading subcontractor scheduling and performance management; providing clear updates on project status;
maintaining site records.
You will also drive a positive site culture that values accountability,
teamwork,& continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent leadership skills,
have sound knowledge of HSEQ principles,
